The Company�s business has been built around its management of and participation on Lloyd's syndicate 382, which underwrites a range of insurance and reinsurance classes on a world wide basis. The Company�s syndicate 382 includes Marine, Aviation, Oil and Gas; Non-Marine Property; Property Treaty and Specialty Lines. On July 2, 2012, the Company�s aquisition by CNA Financial Corporation was completed.
