HaloSource Inc. is a United States-based clean water and antimicrobial technology company, providing solutions that benefit human health worldwide. HaloSource is founded an expanding Internet protocol (IP) portfolio focusing on two core technologies: N-halamines and Chitosan. N-halamines harness the power of chlorine and bromine for drinking water and antimicrobial treatments, used in the HaloPure and HaloShield business units. Chitosan chemistry, used in the StormKlear and SeaKlear business units, binds sediments and other pollutants or impurities in water for use in recreational water, industrial water, construction site run-off and other wastewater or water recycling needs. The Company has four divisions: drinking water, recreational water, environmental water and coatings. In May 2011, it established a wholly owned Brazilian subsidiary, HaloSource Water Purification Importacoes Ltda.
