Goldenport Holdings Inc. (Goldenport) is a holding company. The Company is an international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry bulk vessels that transport cargo worldwide. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 the fleet consists of 26 vessels, of which 12 are containers and 14 are dry-bulk carriers. The Company�s subsidiaries include Aloe Navigation Inc., Carrier Maritime Co., Medina Trading Co., Shavannah Marine Inc., Sirene Maritime Inc., Kariba Shipping S.A, Muriel Maritime S.A., Genuine Marine Corp. and Jaxon Navigation Ltd. In November 2012, the Company sold 1991-built bulk carrier Tilos. On November 14, 2012, the Company sold its container Pos Yantian to Nadella Corporation. On Decembere 14, 2012, the Company sold the 1993-built container vessel Bosporus. In May 2013, the Company sold container vessel MSC Scotland.
