Global Market Group Limited (Global Market) is a holding company. The Company is a business-to-business (B2B), e-commerce service provider to the manufacturers in China to international buyers. The Company provides its services principally through its online GlobalMarket marketplace (www.globalmarket.com). Services provided for the GMC Manufacturers primarily include GMC certification, product listing, business matching, MyGMC initiative, sourcing guides distribution in trade fairs and training program. The primary services provided for buyers include search, buying leads posting, trade alert and My GMC. Global Market also operates Tradeeasy (www.tradeeasy.com) and B2S (www.b2s.com), which are based in Hong Kong, as its supplemental marketplaces. In September 2010, the Company sold its logistics agency and M2C businesses to Global Market International Limited. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 1,636 registered manufacturers on its GlobalMarket marketplace.
