The Company operates in four segments: software, Europe, Middle East and Africa-Real Time Financial Reporting (EMEA-RTFS), North America-RTFS and Asia Pacific-RTFS. The software solutions segment is a supplier of solutions predominantly to the enterprise level storage market. The RTFS segments are suppliers of solutions predominantly to the finance and banking markets. Included within the RTFS segments are the Group�s IT staff placement business. Its real-time financial solutions include Clareti Virtual Bank Accounts, Clareti Transaction Control and Clareti Banking and Lending. Virtual Machine Environment (VME) and Enterprise Distributape (EDT) are the softwares of the Company. On March 8, 2013, it sold its 100% interest in Gresham Computing Inc (Canada) (GCIC) to BITSS Global Inc.
