Description
Greka Drilling Limited (Greka Drilling) is a holding company. The Company is an independent and specialized unconventional gas driller in China. Greka Drilling, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the provision of unconventional gas, mainly coal bed methane (CBM) drilling services in China. Greka Drilling�s drilling business is operated through Greka Technical Services Limited (GTS) and Greka Mitchell (Zhengzhou) Drilling Co., Ltd. (GMD). GTS and GMD are capable of drilling horizontal and vertical CBM wells and provide drilling service to all of the Green Dragon�s CBM blocks. GMD is a 50% joint venture company established and held equally by Greka Drilling and Mitchell Drilling International PTY Ltd. On March 2011, Greka Drilling was demerged from Green Dragon Gas Ltd.
