Green Dragon Gas Ltd. is an investment holding company and provides financing and management services to its subsidiaries. The Company is an exploration, development and production of Coal Bed Methane (CBM), and distribution and sales of gas in China. The coal bed methane operations in the People�s Republic of China are conducted through production sharing arrangements with China United Coal Bed Methane Corporation Ltd. (CUCBM). The Company operates in six segments: sale of CBM gas, transportation, pipelined gas distribution, gas stations sales, gas filling equipment sales, and corporate. Green Dragon Gas Ltd. is the ultimate holding company and the indirect parent company of Greka Energy International B.V, On 28 March 2011, the Company acquired a 100% interest in Pingdingshan Sinoenergy Gas Co., Limited (PDS). On March 7, 2011, the Company demerger of its well drilling services business (Well Drilling Group).
