GB Group plc is engaged in the development, sale and support of business application software, the provision of marketing database and anti-fraud services and the licensing of technology. The Company operates in two segments: DataAuthentication and DataSolutions. The DataAuthentication provides electronic identity verification services. DataSolutions provides identity capture, maintenance and analysis services. Its identity management offerings include identification data (ID) verification, ID customer registration, ID marketing services and ID tracing services. On June 30, 2011, the Company acquired Data Discoveries Holdings Limited. On July 27, 2011, the Company acquired Advanced Checking Services Limited. On November 3, 2011, the Company acquired Capscan Parent Limited.
