Offshore oil division manufactures and rents equipment for the offshore oil and gas industry and the design and manufacture of downhole tools and equipment for extracting oil. Defence division is engaged in the provision of marine services to the Ministry of Defence and other navies, including the United Kingdom submarine rescue services, maintenance, asset management and consultancy services. Marine Oil division is engaged in the sea transportation of clean petroleum products in North West Europe. In March 2013, the Company announced the purchase of Divex Limited.
