Frontera Resources Corporation and its subsidiaries is engaged in the development of oil and gas projects. The Company owns right to explore, develop and produce crude oil in a 5500 square kilometer area in eastern Georgia known as Block 12, referred to as the Block 12 PSA. The Company focuses on development of reserves in known hydrocarbon-bearing basins. On August 2, 2011, the Company completed a merger with Frontera Cayman.
