Finders Resources Limited (Finders) is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for copper and gold in Indonesia and Wetar Copper Project feasibility study. The Company�s two major projects, as of December 31, 2011, included the Wetar Copper Project and the Ojolali Gold-Silver Project, in which the Company holds 72% interest. The other deposits of the Company were the Jambi deposit and the Tambang prospect. The Wetar Copper Project (The Project), in which the Company holds 75% interest, is located on the north central coast of Wetar Island in Maluku Barat Daya, Maluku Province of the Republic of Indonesia. The Project consists of two deposits: Kali Kuning and Lerokis, which are located within three kilometers from the coast. Finder�s interests in the Wetar Copper Project and the Ojolali Project are held through its Indonesian subsidiaries, PT Batutua Tembaga Raya (BTR) and PT Batutua Lampung Elok (BLE).
