On February 17, 2012, it acquired Securit World Ltd. . In June 2012, the Company acquired John R. Lyman Company and Big Blue Properties LLC. In February 2013, the Company acquired 100% interest of Ulinco Components AB from Ulinco Invest Aktiebolag. In May 2013, the Company acquired Contego Healthcare Limited.
