The Eastern European Trust PLC is a closed-end investment trust. Its principal activity is portfolio investment. The Company�s investment objective is to achieve long term capital growth by investing in companies that do business in Eastern Europe, Russia, other Commonwealth of Independent States countries and Turkey. The Company may invest in Exchange Traded Funds. The Company will invest so as not to hold more than 15% of its net assets in any one stock at the time of investment.
