(Greece), Eastern Mediterranean Resources (Slovakia) S.R.O., Slovenske Kovy S.R.O., Slovenske Nerasty Spol S.R.O, EMED Mining Spain S.L.U., EMED Tartessus S.L.U., EMED Marketing Ltd and EMED Holdings (UK) Ltd. In August 2012, it completed the acquisitions of the land plots pursuant to the sale and purchase agreements entered with Rumbo 5-Cero, S.L. and Inland Trading 2006, S.L.
