Edge Resources Inc. (Edge) is a junior oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition of, exploration for, development of and production of oil and natural gas. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company drilled six gross wells and completed eight gross wells. In fiscal 2012, Edge tied-in two gross wells to its 100% owned natural gas infrastructure and tied-in two gross wells to third party infrastructure. In February 2012, the Company completed the acquisition of producing wells in Primate, Saskatchewan, adding approximately 200 barrels per day of heavy oil and 150 barrels of oil equivalent per day of natural gas production. In October 2011, Edge acquired additional wells and working interests in the Willesden Green area adding approximately 150 barrels of oil equivalent per day of natural gas production.
