ECR Minerals plc (ECR) is a mineral exploration and development company. The projects of the Company include Copper Flat Project, Sierra de las Minas Gold Project Area and Derewo River gold project. The Company�s operating subsidiary ACS Asia, manufactures of metal products in Thailand. Its projects and interests are concentrated primarily in gold and base metals. ECR holds a 100% interest in the Sierra de las Minas gold project area in La Rioja Province, Argentina. The Sierra de las Minas project area covers approximately 75,000 hectares with numerous historical small scale gold mining areas. The primary mineralisation at Sierra de las Minas is mesothermal/epithermal gold, frequently with copper and silver. THEMAC Resources Group Ltd has 100% ownership of the Copper Flat project. The Derewo River project consists of more than 128,000 hectares of mining and exploration tenements. In February 2013, it sold 70% interest in Gold Crest Holdings Ltd (Gold Crest).
