In July 2012, it , in partnership with Cathedral Group plc, acquired 2.2-acre site in 2.2-acre site and disposed of its interest in residential land element. In August 2012, the Company disposed of its interest in the residential and retail components at Westminster Palace Gardens, Central London, the Wick Site in Littlehampton, and a retail park in Burnley. In August 2012, it acquired from NAMA of a portfolio of loans secured against 39 investment and development assets.
