The Company delivers the commercial engineering and construction consultancy services through five divisions: DIALES, which is its witness support service provider; Driver Corporate Services, which provides services that include dealing with due diligence, corporate recovery, and insolvency cases; Driver Project Services, which is the Company�s project resource team; Driver Strategic Project Management, which includes the provision of transaction advisory services to clients for the delivery of concession projects using Private Finance Initiative, Public-private partnership and Design Build Finance Operate procurement options, and Driver Trett�s team, which delivers commercial and claims support, as well as procurement advice, contractual and strategic advice. In May 2012, it acquired Trett Consulting from Grontmij NV.
