Creon Resources plc (Creon), formerly Creon Corporation Plc, is an investment company. The Company focuses on projects located in the Middle East and Asia. On December 16, 2011, the Company acquired Creon Corporation Ltd. On February 28, 2012, the Company�s subsidiary, Creon Investments Ltd, was dissolved and its holding of an investment in a quoted company had been transferred to Creon Resources plc. Creon Investments Ltd was engaged in making non-controlling investments in quoted and unquoted companies. In April 2013, it acquired a 49% stake in MGR Resources Pte Ltd, a wholesaler of ferrous metals and ore, from Fortus Pte Ltd.
