Corac Group plc is engaged in the research and development work in a number of technology programmes to develop products. The Company carries out research and development, and supply of products to a range of engineering sectors with applications in oil and gas, industrial turbocompression, atmosphere control, heat transfer and many other industries. The Company's business has three operational companies, which include Hunt Graham Ltd, Atmosphere Control International Ltd and Corac Energy Technologies Ltd. On April 5, 2012, the Company acquired 100% interest of Wellman Hunt Graham Ltd and Wellman Defence Limited.
