Cenkos Securities plc (Cenkos) and its subsidiaries are independent, specialist institutional securities group, focused on the United Kingdom small and mid-cap companies and investment funds. The Company�s principal activities consist of corporate broking and advisory, institutional equities, and fund and wealth management. It carries out all the activities with the exception of wealth management, which is undertaken by Cenkos Channel Islands Limited. The Company operates in three segments: Corporate Broking and Advisory provides corporate finance, corporate broking and market making services to growth companies and investment funds; Institutional Equities provides research-driven investment recommendations and execution capabilities to institutional clients, and Fund and Wealth Management includes offshore wealth management. On April 13, 2012, it sold 40% interest in Cenkos Channel Islands Limited. In October 2012, the Company disposed 10% holding in Cenkos Channel Islands Limited.
