The Company operates in one segment being design, manufacture and supply of embedded computer products. The Company�s products are used in the defense, telecommunication, aerospace, transportation, scientific and industrial markets. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company launched two products: INTEGRITY board support package and FIN-S middleware for high speed interconnect. The Company's products are based on Intel components, and cover a range of central processing unit (CPU) boards and products. Its products support a range of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Solaris, QNX, VxWorks and LynxOS. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Concurrent Technologies Inc, Omnibyte Corporation and Concurrent Tech India Private Ltd.
