Capital Lease Aviation PLC (CLA) is a United Kingdom-based company. The Company is engaged in the business of owning and leasing of aircraft. The Company was incorporated as a subsidiary of Avation PLC with the purpose of owning and leasing a portfolio of commercial jet aircraft to a base of regional and international airlines. As of June 30, 2010, the Company owned three Fokker F100 passenger jet aircraft and three Airbus A320 family aircraft, which were leased to commercial airline customers across three continents. The Company operates through Aircraft leasing segment. As of June 30, 2010, the Company�s aircraft were leased to Australian, American and European airlines. The Company's subsidiaries include Capital Lease Australian Portfolio One Pty Ltd and Capital Lease Malta Ltd.
