Gruppa Cherkizovo OAO (Group Cherkizovo OAO) is a Russia-based integrated diversified meat producer. The Company operates in three segments: Meat Processing division, Poultry division and Pork division. The Meat Processing division consists of plants where raw meat is processed into fresh and ready-to-cook products, and a range of other processed products, including salamis, sausages and hams. The Poultry division consists of poultry complexes, a feed mill and processing plants. The Pork division consists of several pig farms and a feed plant. Its brands include Petelinka, Kurinoe Tsarstvo, Ul�yanovskiy and Myasnaya Guberniya, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company�s major shareholder was MB Capital Partners Ltd. with a stake of 48.54%. In July 2012, the Company acquired agricultural asset of Voronezhmyasoprom, which includes: a swine nucleus unit, grain storage facilities, feed mill and a land bank. In April 2013, the Company acquired Dankovskiy myasokombinat ZAO.
