Description
Castings P.L.C. supplies spheroidal graphite iron castings to a variety of manufacturing industries from its mechanized foundries at Brownhills. The Company�s segments include Foundry Operations, which consists of Castings plc and William Lee, and Machining Operation, which consist of CNC Speedwell. William Lee Limited supplies spheroidal graphite iron castings from Dronfield, Sheffield and CNC Speedwell Limited is a machining operation. The Company has operations in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Rest of Europe, North and South America. The Company produces ductile iron castings, SG iron castings, austempered ductile iron (ADI) castings, Simo castings and Ni-resist castings up to 40 kilograms in weight using four Disamatic molding machines and three horizontal Green Sand molding machines.
