Description

Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited is a holding, management and finance company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for gold and the development of the Chaarat Gold Project in the Kyrgyz Republic. The Company�s Chaarat project is developed in two principal stages: the Tulkubash project, which involves the processing of oxide material, and the Kiziltash refractory stage. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company drilled 33 holes in Kiziltash project, 20 of which were drilled in the contact project and 13 in the main project. On December 28, 2011, the Company acquired Geoservices KG LLC (Geoservices), an exploration contractor company. On April 5, 2012, Chaarat Malta Limited, was incorporated as a subsidiary of the Company.
