CEPS PLC is an an industrial holding company, acquiring majority stakes in stable, profitable and steadily growing entrepreneurial companies. The Company operates in three segments: Davies Odell, Friedman�s and Sunline. The Davies Odell business designs, sells and distributes body armour products, matting products and a range of footwear repair products. Friedman's is a specialist textile importer, converter and distributor of plain and bespoke Lycra based material, primarily to swimwear and dancewear manufacturers within the textile industry. Sunline is an integrated direct mail solution which provides collation, personalisation, wrapping and mailing of predominantly paper based direct mail. It also provides laser printing with several added value services, including data processing management, dynamic inline stitching as well as guillotine and folding and envelope enclosing. On April 2, 2012, it acquired a 21.4% interest in a new company set up to acquire 100% of CEM Group Limited.
