Business Information consists of Econsultancy, Perfect Information and VResearch. Exhibitions consist of trade show business and the housing market-focused Ascent publishing operations, (Homebuilding & Renovating, Period Homes and Real Homes). In February 2012, the Company acquired Profile Group (UK) Limited. In July 2012, the Company acquired Econsultancy.com Ltd.
