Camco Clean Energy Plc, formerly Camco International Limited, together with its subsidiaries is engaged in identifying and developing emission reduction and clean energy projects. The Company operates in two segments: Carbon and Projects. Under Carbon segment, the Carbon Project Development teams provide carbon development contracts (CDC) consultancy services. Under Projects segment, the Clean Energy Project Development teams collaborate with industry, project developers, equipment providers and investor groups to create emissions-to-energy projects and sustainable energy production across a range of industries. As of December 31, 2011, it had 53.8% interest in Renewable Energy Dynamics Holdings Limited On January 15, 2012, the Company sold entire United Kingdom (UK) advisory division, consisting of Camco Advisory Services Limited (UK) and the Company�s subsidiaries. On December 22, 2011, the Company disposed of its investments in Renewable Energy Partnerships Limited.
