21st Century Technology PLC is a United Kingdom-based company. The Company is a provider of closed-circuit television (CCTV), black-box and other monitoring systems to the public transport market. The Company supplies and installs mobile (on vehicle) and fixed (on premises) CCTV, EcoManager diver monitoring and its passenger counting system, passenger analysis system (PAS). The Company operates public transport monitoring systems (PTMS) division, which is engaged in the supply and installation of CCTV, black-box and other monitoring systems for use on public transport vehicles. The Company�s principal subsidiary is 21st Century Technology Solutions Limited. It operates in United Kingdom and mainland Europe. The Company is the preferred supplier of on-board CCTV systems for Arriva United Kingdom Bus, the GoAhead Group and First Group UK Bus. As of December 31, 2011, the Company has sold EcoManager in nine countries in Europe.
