Big Yellow Group PLC (Big Yellow) is engaged in the provision of self storage and related services. The Company had a 66 storage facilities across London and the United Kingdom. Big Yellow provides self storage solutions for homes and business. Storage rooms range from 10 sq ft to 400 sq ft, plus larger warehouse space and industrial units are available to rent. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, (fiscal 2012) the Company opened three stores, two wholly owned stores in New Cross and Eltham, both in South East London and a store in Stockport within Big Yellow Limited Partnership. During 2012, the Company had also opened a wholly owned flagship store in Chiswick, West London. The Company�s subsidiaries include Big Yellow Self Storage Company 6 Limited, Big Yellow Self Storage Company 8 Limited, BYSSCo Limited, BYRCo Limited and Big Yellow Construction Company Limited.
