Description
Bellway p.l.c. is a holding company, owning subsidiary undertakings, which is engaged principally in housebuilding in the United Kingdom. Properties include The Coppice, Tempus, Evergreen East, the Heritage Park and Wendover Rise. The Coppice offers a selection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroomed houses. Evergreen East includes the development of contemporary 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes situated in the Leeds New Forest Village. The Company has built over 100,000 homes. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company completed the sale of 2,332 homes (in the first six months of the financial year). During fiscal 2011, it completed the sale of 4,922 homes. As of July 31, 2011, the Company operated from 205 outlets. During fiscal 2011, 2,092 of the Company�s new homes have had renewable energy technology installed.
