During April 2011, it acquired the trade and assets of Mantis Ltd (Mantis). Its subsidiaries include Telco Systems Inc., Integral Access Inc., Critical Telecom Inc., Metrobility Optical Systems Inc., Sunstring and Adaltis Global limited.
