Bushveld Minerals Ltd (BMN) is a Guernsey-based mineral project development company, engaged in the exploration and development of mineral projects in the Bushveld Complex in South Africa. The Company�s primary project is the Bushveld Iron Ore Project and it also has Mokopane Tin Project, both located in the Northern limb of the Bushveld Complex. The Bushveld Iron Ore Project consists of two licenses covering 7,409 hectares. The Mokopane Tin Project consists of one license covering 13,422 hectares. The Company�s subsidiaries are Pamish Investments No 39 (Proprietary) Limited in which BMN holds a 64% equity interest; Amaraka Investments No 85 (Proprietary) Limited, in which BMN holds a 68.5% equity interest, and Frontier Platinum Resources (Proprietary) Limited, in which BMN holds a 100% equity interest.
