Trinity Exploration & Production PLC, formerly Bayfield Energy Holdings PLC, is an independent oil and gas company. The Company is focused on Trinidad and Tobago and operates a portfolio of onshore and offshore assets. The Company also holds an exploration license in South Africa. As of February 27, 2013, the Company operated 11 licenses in Trinidad with assets onshore and offshore the East and West Coast. The Company holds a 100% working interest in eight onshore licenses of which seven are lease operatorship agreements and the other, Tabaquite, is a farmout agreement. These licenses cover a total acreage of 12,581 acres and it operates approximately 300 producing wells. It holds a 100% interest in the Pletmos Inshore block, which covers an area of approximately 11,000 square kilometers. The Company's Galeota block consists of five main reservoir zones ranging in depth from less than 150 meters to approximately 600 meters.
