Cavendish Upholstery manufactures and distributes upholstered furniture from a freehold site in Chorley in Lancashire. Airofreem supplies internal and external customers with cut foam components. On April 17, 2009, the Company purchased the business and certain assets of Hush-a-Bye Limited.
