Description
SPDI Secure Property Development and Investment PLC , formerly Aisi Realty Public Ltd, was established to make investments in the real estate market in Ukraine. The Company was set up to provide returns, principally from capital appreciation through investment in real estate development projects and related investments, principally in and around the population centers of Ukraine, with a particular focus on Kiev. Its subsidiaries include Aisi Capital Limited, LLC Aisi Ukraine, LLC Aisi Brovary, LLC Almaz-pres-Ukrayina, LLC Aisi Bela, LLC Aisi Outdoor and LLC Aisi Vida. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company acquired an additional 4% of Almaz-pres-Ukrayina LLC (Tsymliansky project).
