Hotel Building includes Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay. Properties held for sale include The Forest Hills, Commercial podium, Westmin Plaza Phase II. Properties under development include Sha Tin Town Lot No. 75 and the Remaining Portion of Lot No. 744, Huangshan Project, Nova City and Longquan Project.
