AGA Rangemaster Group plc is a holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of range cookers, kitchen and related home fashions products. The Company operates in two segments; AGA, which includes the brands and operations of AGA Rayburn, Fired Earth, Grange, Redfyre and Waterford Stanley and Rangemaster, which includes the brands and operations of AGA Marvel, Divertimenti, Heartland, La Cornue and Rangemaster. The Company's brands include AGA, Rayburn, Stanley La Cornue, AGA Marvel, Rangemaster, Falcon, Mercury, Fired Earth, Grange, Divertimenti and AGA Cookshop. In April 1, 2011, the Company acquired the business and principal assets of Redfyre Cookers (Redfyre) and Don Heating Products (Don) from Gazco Ltd.
