African Consolidated Resources plc (ACR) is a multi-commodity resource development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for and development of mineral projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Company has projects in Zimbabwe and Zambi. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had 12 key projects covering gold, nickel, platinum, copper, phosphate and diamonds. The Company�s portfolio includes JORC compliant gold resources of 1.54 million ounces at the Gadzema Project and Pickstone-Peerless Project, greenfield projects on the greenstone belts, a nickel sulphide project with a 30 kilometer strike, a nickel laterite project with potential for approximately 200,000 tons of contained metal, a rock phosphate deposit and a potential 50 million ounces of platinum at Snakeshead. Gold projects also include Giant Mine and Blue Rock.
