Antrim Energy Inc. (Antrim) is an international oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas in various international locations. As of December 31, 2011, it focuses on the development of the United Kingdom North Sea assets (Causeway and Fyne). As of December 31, 2011, in the United Kingdom North Sea, Antrim had interests in two fields containing approximately 36 million barrels of oil gross. In the United Kingdom, total proved plus probable reserves were 12.6 million barrels of oil equivalent as at December 31, 2011. In October 2011, the Company sold its the United Kingdom subsidiary Antrim Causeway (N.I.) Limited (Antrim Causeway) to Valiant Petroleum plc (Valiant). In October 2011, Antrim sold its 30% interest in the Causeway Licenses. In May 2012, Antrim sold Antrim Argentina S.A. to Crown Point Ventures Ltd.
