Alexander David Investments PLC (ADI), formerly ReGen Therapeutics PLC, is a United Kingdom-based investment company. ADI�s investment targets are small cap and special opportunities primarily in basic resources and oil and gas sectors. Such investments will focus on new and secondary equity issues but may also include some pre-initial public offer (IPO) investments. The Company will hold investments primarily for trading purposes, though some investments may be held for longer periods. The Company intends to act, primarily, as a passive investor. On February 18, 2011, the Company demerged its previous therapeutics business, to ReGen Therapeutics Limited. The portfolio of investments includes investments in AIM quoted companies in the basic resources and oil and gas sectors, including two companies in which ADI already held investments. On April 30, 2012, ADI acquired the portfolio of investments from Griffin Two Limited.
