Vela Technologies PLC, formerly Asia Digital Holdings PLC, is engaged in the provision of online marketing services. The Company�s DGM segment is a specialist online marketing operation focusing on the delivery of customers to advertisers through search engine marketing, affiliate and display advertising, servicing both agencies and direct clients. In June 2012, the Company disposed of certain DGM Singapore Assets to Flow Digital Pte Limited (Flow), a subsidiary of Omnicom Group. On July 2012 the Company completed the disposal of its interest in DGM India Internet Marketing Private Limited (DGM India) to Tyroo Media Private Limited and Inflection Digital Holdings Private Limited.
