The services provided by the Company include support services, professional services and development services. The Company's subsidiaries include Accumuli (Holdings) Limited, Accumuli Debenture Limited, Accumuli Europe Limited, Accumuli Managed Services Limited and Accumuli employee benefit trust. On April 15, 2011, the Company acquired Boxing Orange Limited (Boxing Orange) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Webscreen Systems Limited and Boxing Orange MSS Limited. Boxing Orange provides IT security solutions, security products and managed security services. In June 2012, the Company acquired Edge7. In February 2013, it disposed its assets of Webscreen Systems Limited to Juniper Networks.
