3Legs Resources plc is an independent oil and gas company focused on the exploration and production of unconventional oil and gas resources in Poland. The Company�s principal exploration asset is its interest in six Baltic Basin concessions in northern Poland. In addition to the Baltic Basin concessions, the Company holds onshore exploration licences over a further 1,622 square kilometers (440,000 acres) near Krakow and two further licences totaling approximately 2,574 square kilometers (636,000 acres) in Baden-Wurttemberg in south-west Germany (undergoing renewal). The Damnica, Lebork and Karwia concessions are situated in a contiguous block to the west of Gdansk and compre approximately 2,049 square kilometers (506,000 acres). The Cedry Wielkie, Stegna and Godkowo concessions are situated in a contiguous block to the east of Gdansk and comprise approximately 2,338 square kilometers (578,000 acres).
