SciSys plc is a holding company that provides a range of professional services in support of the planning, development and use of computer systems. It is organized around four divisions: Government, Media & Broadcast, Space and Support. The Government division has been working with vehicle suppliers and operators to establish a software core for all the systems installed in the vehicles. The Media and Broadcast division delivers solutions to radio and television broadcast organizations for programme research and preparation, play-out and digital archive. It offers a product suite called dira!, around which customer solutions are configured. The Space division focuses on space segment, ground control segment, ground data segment and user segment. The Support division is its cross-sector applications maintenance and support division. SciSys operates from locations in the United Kingdom and Germany, providing goods and services primarily to the United Kingdom and European markets.
