The Company operates in five geographical areas, namely Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Lao PDR, and Vietnam in addition to its corporate centre in the United Kingdom. Salamander EnergyGroup Limited is the only direct subsidiary of the Company. On March 17, 2008, the Company acquired GFI Oil & Gas Corporation (GFI). The acquisition of GFI provided operated and non-operated development activity and added to the Company’s exploration opportunities in Thailand and Indonesia.
