The Company offers its products in two business segments: Consumer Credit and Credit Cards. Consumer Credit Division includes Home credit and Direct repayment loans. The Company’s Credit Cards business is operated through Vanquis Bank. It provides home credit through the Provident Personal Credit and Greenwood Personal Credit brands, with 11,500 local agents visiting 1.8 million customers to issue loans and collect payments every week. It also offers customers larger, longer loans than traditional weekly collected home credit through its Real Personal Finance brand. It provides Visa credit cards with low limits. In January 2009, Hertford International Group PLC acquired Cheque Exchange Limited, a cheque cashing and money remittance business from the Company.
