Hydrodec Group plc is the group’s ultimate parent company. The Company’s subsidiaries include Hydrodec Development Corporation Pty Limited, Hydrodec Australia Pty Limited, Hydrodec North America Holdings Inc, Hydrodec North America LLP, Virotec International Ltd and Virotec International Pty Ltd. On June 25, 2008, the Company acquired 100% of the share capital of Virotec International plc.
