Eleco Building Systems is focused on methods of construction to provide materials efficiency and construction speed in precast concrete, timber and metal. Eleco Software provides software applications to help construction businesses manage each stage of the project lifecycle. Eleco’s software businesses are organized into two divisions: construction and visualisation. The Company’ s subsidiaries include Bell & Webster Concrete Limited, Milbury Systems Limited, SpeedDeck Building Systems Limited, Downer Cladding Systems Limited, Eleco Bauprodukte GmbH, International Truss Systems (Pty) Limited, Asta Development PLC, Consultec Group AB, Eleco Software GmbH and Eleco Software Limited. On January 1, 2009, the Company acquired the business and certain assets of Asta Development GmbH.
